With offices in more than 45 countries and a fast-paced spin-off program, Hewlett Packard Enterprise required a signage and service vendor with the experience, knowledge, and global capability to centrally manage their sign program within their rigid time-frame. The 50+ site program was completed within an extremely tight 4-month timeline, including a Day One reveal for specific sites located in Asia and Latin America.
Goal

Delivery
- Project management team assessed international risk levels and worked with our global partners to modify and streamline their manufacturing process to align with customer timeline expectations.
- Our project managers avoided detrimental timeline setbacks during the holidays, especially in Latin America, by strategically planning ahead and providing open communication between 3 time zones.
- Elected to add an onsite project manager in Asia to expedite communication and manufacturing processes.
