Chief Financial Officer

As a member of senior management, the CFO will work closely with the senior leadership team and should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. A CFO must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
This is a self-starter, self-motivated position reporting directly to the Managing Partners in Columbia, SC.
· Organize and manage all company financial matters.
· Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable.
· Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, accounts receivables, and accounts payables, and delegate tasks accordingly.
· Oversee all fiscal reporting within the company and create monthly reports.
· Oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities (ex: Financial Accounting Standards Board, Internal Revenue Service, state attorneys general).
· Comply with national and local financial requirements including any new or emerging legislation.
· Devise and manage strategic financial plans, including methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
· Manage and track budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax (income tax, state sales tax and international VAT tax) information.
· Determine finance KPIs and operational KPIs that drive financial performance.
· Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets.
· Work with senior project managers to ensure contract compliance and reporting.
· Plan and manage all risk management activities for the company including insurance coverage.
· Budget, forecast, and oversee capital investments.
· Adhere to the law and company’s policies.
· Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled organization with strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows.
· Management, leadership, and mentoring of human resources and IT departments.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· 15+ years’ leading finance and accounting functions, with at least 5 years as a CFO.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
· Exceptional time management and ability to think critically and problem solve under pressure.
· Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
· Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law.
· Hands-on experience with risk management.
· Hands-on experience with financial management software, along with ERP implementation.
· Experience with MS Office products and multiple ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & DETAILS:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
· CPA preferred.

General Summary
This position is responsible for supervising the cutting, weeding, and applying of vinyl per Colite drawing and production schedule.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
Fabricators work with materials designed to create custom signs. This labor function requires physical and analytical skills that vary according to the types of products being assembled and the manufacturing environment.
Fabricators’ job duties can range from simple to complex, depending on the assembly project and require hand tools, power tools and machines in the assembly process. Fabricators work with metal, using welding equipment, hand routers, chop saws and other assorted tools to complete the fabrication process.
Fabricators are responsible for the installation of parts, pieces and elements of the designated project, treatment and repair of metal surfaces to ensure safe usage and welding to secure fastening for pieces included in the final product. Additional duties include maintaining their work area and equipment used in the assembly process
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
Fabricators need strong mathematical and analytic skills to read blueprints and layout work assignments. Understanding structural basics including rigging, welding, erection and reinforcements may be critical to some assignments.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The job requires fabricators be in good general health with good balance, agility, vision and depth perception.
