Manage, coordinate, and implement new brand standards and service for multi-tiered sites across the world.
- With design being the starting point of any program, Zebra’s branding documents were lengthy and required precise detail to communicate to production and installation teams. Our design department worked long and tedious hours to ensure Zebra’s brand standards were applied to every site correctly.
- Mid-program Zebra’s branding changed which impacted the already tight deadline for top priority sites. Project management and our design department quickly reworked all of the branding documents and drawings to have product ready for installation by expected timeline.
- With multiple channels of involved parties, real estate management team, Jones Lang LaSalle and the branding company, our project management team provided complete transparency for all milestones and phases of the program by providing real time reporting and constant communication.
- Total project included 350 signs installed at 44 sites in 21 countries.
